Frank M. Sheldon trained as an Alexander Teacher in London from 1975 to 1978. Former Director of The Virginia School for Alexander Technique, and guest teacher on other teacher training courses. Co-Founder of the residential course in the Alexander Technique that now takes place at Sweet Briar, Virginia every summer and now in its 29th year. Over the last 24 years, presented the Alexander Technique and performance classes for Guitar Craft in the US, Europe and South America. Presently living and teaching in Seattle as well as directing ongoing classes in the Alexander Technique for Seattle Circle and Tuning The Air, a location-based performing guitar team.
